Refund and Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at xiaoxiaozeng@younmebag.com  If your return is accepted, the cost for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund and we will email you the label for you to print it and ship the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products such as special orders or personalized items are non-returnable, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

If for any reason you need to exchange your product, please contact us at xiaoxiaozeng@younmebag.com  to guide you in the process and to make sure the item qualify for an exchange. We will provide you the shipping label at no extra cost. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
